“Each family we represent receives personalized attention. We want to know you, your family, and your story.”

Scott represents men and women diagnosed with mesothelioma and lung cancer. His cases have resulted in millions of dollars in compensation to asbestos victims and their families. Scott is from South Carolina, and is typically on the road, meeting clients, talking with co-workers, conducting witness and expert depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and working tirelessly on behalf of his clients.

Prior to forming AMLG, Scott worked at two of the largest plaintiff and defense firms in the country. Having experience on both sides of the aisle, Scott knows what it takes, and will stop at nothing, to recover for his clients' injuries. His peers, co-counsel, judges, and colleagues recognize Scott as an advocate for his clients' rights and for achieving results.

Our unique blend of hands-on experience in asbestos cases in West Virginia and across the country gives AMLG a competitive advantage in litigation. We are available to answer any question along the way, and we want each client to understand and feel comfortable with the process.

At AMLG, we work each case by utilizing our knowledge about specific premise sites, equipment, asbestos products, contractors, suppliers, and employers whose conduct and products contributed to an individual's asbestos exposure.

From our initial client interview to preparing our cases for trial, our clients receive individualized attention from us. Our commitment to our clients does not end at trial. Our policy is to help all clients through every aspect of their cases, including estate matters, resolution details, and ensuring that they receive compensation as quickly as possible.
